About

Built for the deals that matter most

TrueJourney exists because complex enterprise sales deserves tools that match its complexity — tools that surface understanding, not just data.

Visibility changes behavior

We built TrueJourney because we kept seeing the same problem: enterprise sales teams working hard on complex deals with almost no shared understanding of what was actually happening inside the accounts they were trying to win.

The information existed. It was scattered across CRM records, email inboxes, call notes, and meeting summaries — a fragmented archive of interactions that no one had time to piece together into a coherent picture. So teams operated on instinct, gut feel, and the most recent conversation they could remember.

The result was predictable: effort went to the wrong places, deals stalled without warning, and forecasts were optimistic right up until they weren't. Not because the people were bad at their jobs — but because they were working without visibility.

TrueJourney is built on a simple belief: when you can see how a deal is actually moving, the right action becomes obvious. Not because the platform tells you what to do, but because clarity reveals what matters. The goal has never been to automate sales judgment — it's to give that judgment something real to work with.

We're a small team that's spent years working in and around enterprise sales technology. We know what the problems feel like from the inside, and we're building the tool we wished existed.

When you can see how a deal is actually moving, the right action becomes obvious.

Built for enterprise sales

Complex deals have complex dynamics. TrueJourney is purpose-built for multi-stakeholder, multi-touch journeys — not retrofitted from a simpler model.

Respect for your data

Your CRM data is sensitive. TrueJourney reads it in read-only mode, stores it with enterprise-grade security, and never uses it for anything other than building your journey views.

Four beliefs that shape everything

These aren't marketing principles. They're the convictions that inform every product decision we make.

Visibility over velocity

Moving fast without knowing where you're going is how deals get lost. We believe the best thing you can do for deal velocity is first establish genuine visibility into what's happening. Clarity creates speed — not the other way around.

Human-centered design

Sales is a human process. Deals are won by people building relationships, navigating organizations, and making judgment calls. TrueJourney is designed to inform that judgment, not replace it. We give sales professionals better information — they decide what to do with it.

Time as a dimension

When something happens matters as much as what happens. A meeting two weeks before close is not the same as a meeting two months before close. TrueJourney treats time as a first-class dimension of deal data — not just a timestamp on a record.

Clarity is the goal

We measure our success not by features shipped or data processed, but by whether sales teams gain genuine clarity about what's happening in their most important accounts. If a feature doesn't create clarity, it doesn't belong in TrueJourney.
