A lens, not an engine.

TrueJourney connects to your CRM in read-only mode. We don't ask you to change how you work — we help you understand what your existing data is already telling you.

Your CRM is your system of record

We built TrueJourney to work with the data your team already creates — not to create a parallel data universe that requires additional hygiene and process.

Your CRM contains thousands of data points about your accounts — contacts, activities, emails, meetings, notes, stage changes. The problem isn't that the data doesn't exist. The problem is that it's too fragmented to read as a coherent story.

TrueJourney reads that data, structures it into account-level journeys, and surfaces the patterns that are hardest to see when you're navigating record by record. The same data. A completely different perspective.

We connect in read-only mode. We don't write back to your CRM, we don't change field values, and we don't require any changes to your existing sales process. Your CRM stays exactly as it is.

Coming Soon

Connected in minutes

Getting TrueJourney connected to your CRM is a simple, guided process. No engineering required.

01

Authenticate with your CRM

Use OAuth (Salesforce) or a private app token (HubSpot) to give TrueJourney read-only access to your CRM data. The connection uses your CRM's official API — no third-party credentials, no screen scraping.

02

Select the accounts to analyze

Choose which opportunities and accounts you want TrueJourney to build journey maps for. Start with your current quarter pipeline, or load historical deals to establish baseline patterns. You stay in control of what we process.

03

Journey maps are ready

TrueJourney processes your CRM data and builds account journey timelines, buying committee maps, and stall signals automatically. Your first journey views are typically ready within minutes of connecting. From there, views stay current as your CRM is updated.

Enterprise-grade security

TrueJourney is built for enterprise sales environments. We process CRM data in isolated environments, store it encrypted at rest and in transit, and are pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification. All connections are read-only — we never write to or modify your CRM. Your data is never used to train models or shared with third parties.
